HOCKEY.
A meeting of the Committee of the Sydenham Hockey Club was held last evening, Mr Langilown in the chair. Coriespoudenoe was read from Mr F. Saundere and Mr W. Armstrong complaining of the conduct of W. McColl and J. Gow on Thursday, May 7th, in the match Bydenham Ay. Sydenham B. Messrs Gow and McOoll attended, and made explanations, after some discussion it was decided to suspend J. Gow for the rest of the season, and to expel W. McColl from club membership, and to inform the Hotkey Association of the disqualifications. In the Senior Hockey match, Sydenham v. St. Paul's, on Saturday, the former won by 7 goals to nil. H. Jacobs (4), E. Ford, Adams antl Thiele one each, scored for Sydenham. Loe, G. Ford, Griffin and Vincent played well for the winners. Mr Lawrence referred. Thoi Sydenham Junior A team defeated the- B team by 4 goals to nil. Moody (2), Hamilton and* Samuels one each scored for the winners, and J. Jacobs, Snell and Le Comte played w<ll Mr Black tra« referee,
