A REBUKE FROM ITALY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 9th, 8.41 a.m.) NEW YORK, May 8. Signor Baccelli, the Italian Acting-Minis-ter of Foreign Affairs, has informed Washington that It—y will be no party to the acceptance by tlie families of the two Italians lynched in Erwin of an indemnity of 5000 dollars, while the criminals go unpunished. He considers America's failure to suppress lynching as unworthy of a nation in the yon of civilisation.
