(PRESS ASSOCIATION* TELEGRAM.) NAPIER, April 21. Mr F. W. Williams hue Tx-en re-elected unopposed Mayor of Napier. For the nine couceillorsliips seventeen nominations Lave ibeen received. For the Hastings mayoralty Mr "W. Q. Dennett has 'been re-elected unopposed, and four nominations have been received for the Council.
