TURKISH OPINION.
(Received April 21st, 1L49 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 21. Nineteen battalions are concentrated in the Salonika district. Sixteen others from Anatolia are arriving soon, with forty-four belonging to the Fifth Army Corps. The opinion is widely expressed in Turkish circles in favour of martial law, or of marching on Sofia.
