Royal Commissions are now "in being" on the following subjects.-—Historical M_—-., Alien Immigration, Arsenic—Poisoning, our Coal Supplies, Irish University Education, Physical Training in Scotland. Sewage, Tuberculosis, British Horse Breeding, CSvil Service Superannuation, the War in South Africa, Martial Law in South Africa, Board of Trade and Local Government Board. In addition to these the King a day or two before Parliament met gave his assent to the appointment of a Royal Ck>mn_ii-siou on the traffic of London, and a Commission on Food Supplies has ust been set up.
