TASMANIA SHUTS VICTORIA OUT. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, April 20. Owing to the stringent regulations imposed by Ihe Tasmanian Fisheries Commissioners, it is probable that all the Victorian fishing boats engaged round tlie island- of Bass Straits will bo laid up, throwing two hundred men out of employment. Steps will be taken to ask the Federal Parliament to bring all the fisheries in tho States under Commonwealth control.
