INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS UNION. United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyrig'u. (Received March 28th, 8.59 a^n.) LONDON, March 27. Reuter has reaffirmed the statement that an Intercolonial Customs Union has been agreed to at Bloemfontcin. A preferential reduction of 25 per cent, ad valorem in the tariff has beon arranged, with a special preferential tariff on machinery.
