United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 18th, 10.51 p.m.) BRISBANE, March 18. Of the issue of £600,000 Treasury bills, £325,000 has already been subscribed locally. (Received March 19th, 12.1 a-m.) LONDON, March 18. New South Wales is placing £600,000 in 4 per cent. Treasury bills at par, with a currency of four years. Sir John See states that the Treasury bills which are being floated in London are part of the four million loan authorised last, session, and intended for public works and general purposes.
