(Received March 19th, 12.1 a-m.) LONDON, March 18. New South Wales is placing £600,000 in 4 per cent. Treasury bills at par, with a currency of four years. Sir John See states that the Treasury bills which are being floated in London are part of the four million loan authorised last, session, and intended for public works and general purposes.
