Wellington—Wind, X._.W., galo; baro., _).<__: thorm., 63; cloudy. Wc'stport- Wind, W...W., fresh; baxo., 29.68; therm., 64; rain, sea »ugh. Oamaru—Wind, S.W., light; b_ro., 29.22, therm., 64; overcast; sea Inoderate. BluS—Wind. W.N.W., gale; bare, 129.2.; therm., 53; showery; sea heavy. Captain Edwin reports:-Heavy gales from between north-west and west and south are •to bo expected in all parts of tlie country, with a fall of the barometer, but it will rise at most places southward ot Timaru. and Qut_>_stowii. A low pressure from the west is duo near the meridian of South Cape oa the 22nd inst.
