A ROYAL LAW-BREAKER.
The King, remarks the "Wesßninster Gazette," continues to display, in the most practical manner, his sympathy as a motorist with the movement for extending the legal speed limit of twelve miles an hour:—"The journey of sixteen mi_* was made by the King's motor-car, and was acoompliahed in forty-five minutes, leaving Windsor Castle at ten minutes to one, and reaching High Wycombe at twenty-five minutes to two."
