OTEKAIKE SHEEP SALE.
At th« annun! .sale of surplus sheep from Messrs R. Campbc-11 and Sons', Ltd., Waitaki .Station, there were over 20,000 offered, of which 17,500 sold at an average of over 9s 6d per head. Four and six-tooth -halfbred ewes made 15s 10d to 16s 6d, lullmouth halfbml ewee 5k 9d to Bs, and up to t4s Id for one line, halibred wethers 13.s Id to 15s 6d, haifbred wether lamt« Qα 6d, merino wethers 2s 2d to 2s 6d, full-mouth merino ewee 2s 2d to 3s 3d. A number of horses were also sold at satisfactory figures, spring carters makingi £11 10.i to £16, good hacks £12 to £21, fair £5 10s to £10 10s.
