MR CHAMBERLAIN AND THE DUTCH.
Mr Chamberlain, speaking at Beaufoii West, emphasised the importance of De Waal's assurances of Dutch co-operation in promoting union. Even if he .could, he would not wish to be rid of the Dutch, He warmly admired their tenacity and re-, solution, and hoped the British would unreservedly co-operate with the Dutch far the common good.
