The directors of the i.orth Beach Gold Dredging Company have declared ft dividend (tho third) of Is per-share, payab-* to-day Tho Watterson's-Ataura, Company a dredge has been stopped for repairs, and oonsequenV ly there was no wash up last week. An Auckland Press Association telegram states that the Waihi Company has declared a dividend of 2a €d, making £ &- m .*nd bringing the total distributed to £1,06»,330. Buverrs £3 13s. , _ fhe secretary of the Red Jacks Company reports a return from the dredgo last week of 9os 17dwt.
