Ths Bright Hours Children gave an en tertaiumrat last evening, in aid of the Chiliken'a oonva'es«ent Home, in the 'ttoatre Royal, the building bring crowded in every part. The entertainment was a brigliD one, and heartily enjoyed by all present.. 'iii 3 programme; was a virieJ one, oousijtliii, of iaistrumental ami voc.il ttoios, ohoruses. and dancing, every item being; cleverly performed. Miss Millfcc Jennings und Miss Dorothy Saundtrn gmvt a skip*, ping rupe dance and a< tambourine dance. MiKs Doris Rm«ell a M«o\r - dance, Mifa Alice Saunders a o!og d;uice and an Irish jig, Miss T. S|.apleton a. Spanish dauoe, and the Misst's Dorothy and Marjoria Saunders a. tasteful f.-mey Scotch A pretty horapipa ballet by tlie Mjsies Millice Jcanings, T. Stapleton, and. D. . nnd A. Saundens was a feature of tit? evening. Saundern was wt-11 givon, the entertainment ending with ti patriotic son® and inarch. " Raily Round the Flag," by Mius Marjorie Yaundera and the company. The young performers are to be heartily congratulated on the r<«iilt. of their efforte. 'ihfy ably supported by Mrt J. E. Rueeell (accompanist), and Mr Bunz'a orchsstra.
