He inspected th<' large cold storage work at Cardiff, lias personally interviewed the large importers of butter, chee?e and frozen meat, and he learns with considerable interest that there in a growing demand for New Zealand pwduce in that thickly-populated part of the United Kingdom. Mr Holmes has lately been to Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle-on-Tyne, Sunderland, Glasgow, Leith, Edinburgh, and other manufacturing centres. In ail those cities he lias put forward the claims of New Zealand. Mr Holmes purposes visiting Bristol, Manchester. Liverpool, and then to return to London; after that he will probably sail for Xcv/ Zealand.
