A GREAT SEND-OFF. United Pre»« Association— By Electric Telegraph— Copyn&ht. (Received November 26th, 10.43 a.m.) LONDON, November 25. Mr Chamberlain has departed for South AfricaHe had a magnificent reception and sendoff at Victoria station- He travelled in the Royal apacial train, from which the King's saloon car was removed. The Premier, the Hon. St. John Brodrick, Lord Selborne, and many notabilities were present. Numerous telegrams wishing him "God speed" were read from the Chambers of Commerce and public men.
