PARIS, October 25-
M. Ccombes, Premier, has induced tbe miaers to aifoiferat.on, and intends to interview the employers on the subject. Work ■has been resumed at 'Calais and Dunkirk.
Ball cartridges were issued to 4000 troops for the purpose of maintaining order and freedom of labour at Dunkirk, where the dockers pillaged the shops, afterwards throwing the m-erchandi'S* into the harbour.
