The Boer Generals have arrived in London, and were scarcely noticed. The Boer Generals' entourage assert that Great Britain is not fulfilling the Vereeniging conditions. They allege it is unfair of Sir Arthur ?Lawlejr, DeputyGovernor of the Transvaal,- to charge interest on the re-stocking loan, and state that the Boers are slowly starving.
