EIGHT THOUSAND ACRES SET APART. (-•BESS ASSOCIATION TBUEQIU-t.) * WELLINGTON, October 7. In response to the recent representation* • Cabinet has decided to set apart a block of eight .thousand acres for returned troopers. The land is 67 miles from Te Koiti, on the Main Trunk line, on the' road leading to Awakino -and Mokau.
