CANDIDATES FOR SANDHURST AND WOOLWICH. The age limit for the admission of candidates to Woolwich is now nineteen, and to Sandhurst nineteen and a half. EXTRADITION REFUSED. OTTAWA, August 14. Judge Caron, of Quebec, declined to make an order for the extradition of Gaynor and Greene, contractors, accused of defrauding the United States Government of nearly a million sterling in connection with harbour improvements at Savannah. The Judge discharged them from custody.
