He congratulated tbp regiment on its efficiency, and said he was proud. oft ; his honorary colonelcy therein. Hβ was g'M to see the Agents-General and other promoters of the regiment present. • . ' ■ ■ ■ • ':' The Prince added:—"We are a young regiment, and have to make our own name, prestige, and esprit de corps. We are fortunate to have the sympathy of the Motherland and the colonies, and I am sure all will do their utmost to 'make the regiment worthy of its unique position.
