LONDON, April 9. M. Lestar, Russian Minister at Peking, *nd Princes Ching and Wang-whea-shan
signed the Maocluirian Convention. It is stipulated that it shall be ratified within three months.
Several villages of Mongolia have been fortified in order to resist the indemnity taxation.
