United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Reoeived March 22nd, 10.12 a,m.) PEKIN, March 21. Telegrams which have been received from Lung Chau inform the Viceroy of Canton that General Su's twenty thousand drilled troops with modern rifles have joined the rebels.

LONDON, March 22. ~
In the House of Commons Viscount Cranborne, in reply to a question, said the Chinese reported that this troops in Kwangsi rebelled becauso their pay was in arrears.
