Island news states that the wreck at Bicar Island some months ago is supposed to be that of the ship Manchester, bound from Philadelphia to Japan with a cargo of kerosene. It is believed all hands were lost. The schooner Santa Cruz, bound from Hong Kong to the Carolines, is missing. It is believed she has been lost with ail hands.
