SCHOOL COMMITTEES.

EODLESTON. The Rolleston School Committee met on the 12th inst. Present—Messrs Ellis (chairman) , ,' Gill, J. Kelly, £. Kelly, Farrell, and Donaughey. The master's report showed thai the number on the roll was 32, and the average attendance 24, which was considered unsatisfactory. The ceremony of hoisting the flag will take place on Saturday, the 21st, Triien the Waimakariri Mounted Rifles, the Bnraham Band, Mr C. A- C Hardy, M.H.R., and others are expected to he present.
