The new Ministry has been sworn in as follows : —Premier and Treasurer, Mr Morgans; Attorney-General, Mr Moorhead; Minister for Lands, Mr Nanson ; Minister for Railways and Mines, Mr Wilson; Minister of Public Works, Mr Quinlan; and Colonial Secretary, Mr Moss. DISPUTE IN THE BUILDING TRADE. MELBOURNE, November 22. In the dispute in the building trade the men demand ten shillings per day. The Masters' Association is willing to concede the increase on the first of January conditionally on the Carpenters' Society preventing its members working for others at less money. Negotiations are at a standstill. CHARGES OF NEPOTISM. The Parliamentary select committee of en. quiry into the working of tho railways makes strong charges of nepotism against high officials. ACCIDENT TO SIR SAMUEL GRIFFITHS. BRISBANE, November 22. The Lieutenant-Governor, Sir Samuel Griffiths, was thrown from his horse, and was much shaken. A NEW GUINEA MAGISTRATE MURDERED. Mr Guilianetti, Acting-Magistrate, was murdered at Delena, New Guinea, by a party of escaped prisoners. Two of the lattsr were recaptured. The third was partially eaten by a crocodile while crossing a river. RIFLE SHOOTING. 7 (Received November 23rd, 12.36 a.m.) MELBOURNE, November 22. At the rifle meeting the King's Match was won by Gunn, of Victoria, 323, and the dhampdo-fc-Mp by Grummiett of Victoria, 392.
