(special to "the press.") DUNEDIN, November 21. There is a much better feeling in dredging circlee generally, and the despairing tone of a few weeks back has given way to one of hopefulness. Tho Roxburgh Jubilee Company is calling for -. tenders to remove its pontoons back to the claim from which* they were swej>t away by floods. The machinery is now being delivered on tile site, and as soon as the pontoons ' are returned, tenders will be called for the . erection of the machinery. The company will need to face extra demands for capital to . complete and start the dredge. "The Central jßlectrio Company's dredge, which qnly obtained Soz, is being shifted to her, upper claim. November 22. ; The First Chance Company haa had all ' the debentures taken up, and will have £300 , in hand to" meet emergencies. The Prince Albert Company's dredge has had to* run out her machinery.
