FAMINE IN CHINA.
United Frees Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. October 29th, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 28. Mr P. L. Warren, British Consul at Shanghai, reports that two hundred thousand Chinese in tbe province of Kiang-su, and six hundred thousand in the Anbui province are on the vwge of starvation, while the condition in Kiang-si province is even worse.
