RETURNING TROOPERS.
(PERSS ASSOCIATION TBUSGBAU.) WELLINGTON, October 28. - A cablegram from the Cape states that the Delphic left Capetown on the 22nd, having on board for New Zealand Lieut. Heckler and ten New Zealanden, and nine men'of other South African Corps.
