Advertisements received without written orders will be inserted until countermanded, and charged acordingly. Advertisers in the country can lemit payment by Money Orders, Postal Notes, or Postage Stamps. While every case is exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements, the Proprietors do not Isold themselves responsible for non-insertion through accident or from other cauees; and the Proprietors reeerve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements "may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. Disclaimers -will in all cases be treated as advertisements, and charged accordingly. Orders to withdraw advertisements must be sent in, IN WRITING, to the Publishing Office, not later than six o'clock p.m. each day. Advertissments received after ten o clock each evening will be placed over the leader heading, and charged double ratas. Alterations for Standing Advertisements to be in by six p.m., or will not be altered for following day of issue. All Communications to be addressed "The Manager," "Press" Office.
