ASHBURTOJT COUXTY RACING CLUB. At a meeting of the" committee of the A»hburion County Baaing Club, the following officers were elected:—Judge, 3lr M. Stitt; clerk of course, 3lr B. Curtis; hendicapper, 3lr Hearys; .starter, Mr Piper; timekeeper, itr J. V. d© Beer; ground committee, Messrs J. Davieon, P. Russell, and R. Friedlaadar; programme canunittee,, Messrs E. Gates, W*tson, Xiooll, and Peacock. DUXEDIJT JOCKEY CLUB. (PKKSS ASSOCIATION TXLSOBIAM.) DUSBDIN, July 8. At the annual meeting of the Dunedia Jockey Club, the Hon. G. McLean, president, congratulated the members cm the satisfactory position of effairs. Commencing the year with a debit balance of £1247, a Rood many improvements had been effected, and they closed with only a debit of £334. Since then this had been reduced to £168. He hoped, after they' had effected a few more improvements, they would be able to increase "the stakes. The president and vice-president were re-elected. On a ballot, Messrs J. Haxlett, W. H. Tapjjart, J. Grindley, A. E. Carr, R. Ewing, and S. Myers were elected a committee.
