A CABLE STEAMER IN AUCKLAND (MII3S ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, July 8.
The cable steamer Britannia arrived yesterday. The cable route from Norfolk Island is good. It has been decided; t-o laud tbe new cable at Doubtless Bay. T ,}l ° Britannia proceeds on Wednesday to S> or_ foik Island, and will survey from Fiji via Fanning Island, to Honolulu. The Anglia, which lays the cable, is expectad early next year.
