Mr H. J. Wynne arrived xin town on Saturday. , Mr and Mrs Carew went south by the express on Saturday.
The Hon. C. C. Bowen was a passenger from, Wellington by the Mokoia on Satdrday. «
The Hoo. E. C. J. Stevens was also a passenger. Mr W. Fraeer, M.H.R., left for Welling! ton by the Tarawera on Saturday night. Sa , James Hector was also a passenger. Mr O. Rutherford is in town, Mr Thos. N. isTol-am, Melbourne, arrived in town on Saturday. Mr and Mrs R. J. Rykn-d and Miss Ryland, of Auckland, are visitors to town. Mr J. W. W&ite is in town. Mr W. H. Gaw arrived in town on Saturday. Mr W. G. Hunter, of Wellington, is in town.
Mr D. Phillips arrived from Wellington on Saturday.
Mr T. S. Cockburn, Wellington, is* in town.
Miss Asser arrived 1 in town on Saturdar.
jvtT Ingram is in town. Mr E. Hay and Miss Hay wtere passengers for the south by Saturday's express. Mr and Mrs D. M. Aitken were also passengers. Mr J. kSims, of Kaiapoi, returned from Sydney on Saturday. Mr A. E. Lawrence, of the "Ney Zealand Fanciers' Chronicle," went south on Saturday to attend the Timaru Poultry Show.
