BARQUENTINE IN A HURRICANE. (Received July 6th, 1.4 a.m.) SYDNEY, Julys. The barquentine Chittoor, forty-five days from Westport, put in Port Stephens short of food. She encountered terrific -weather, during which the foretop carried away, the mainmast was sprung, and other damage done.
