The Royal squadron entered the Heads at 6.45 a.m. on Saturday, and was met by the wa-afeips in the harbour, which fired salutes. On Saturday afternoon H.M.S.'s Arthur and Torch were moored at the man-of-war's bnoj-8 within the inner Jiarbour, und tho Pylades and Sparrow were moored at No. 7 wharf on the opposite side from the Royal yacht Ophir. The Tarawera arrived from eerly on Saturday morning, and loft for Wellington at night.
The Mararoa arrived from Wellington early on Saturday morning,- and left for Dunedin in the afternoon.
