(FBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGBAM.) WELLINGTON, June 21. At a meeting of the Management Committee of the. New Zealand Rugby Union tonight, a motion that the Union should take all the gate receipts in connection with the toar of the New South Wales :seua was lost, and the following amendment was agreed to: —That 'the Unions concerned be asked to take control of .the match to be played at each of the respective districts, and guarantee to the New Zealand Union £125 each in the case of Wellington, Auckland, and Otego, £75 for Canterbury, £50 e;wjh for Wanganui and Southland; or, as an alternative, that each- Union give t'he ~ whole net proceeds to the New Zealand ( Union.
