The following: dteteotives, -wb<> have accompanied the Royal party through Australia, are in attendance throughout the New Zealand tour: —Detectives Coman and Newman, Queensland; Rocba, Rochaix, and Murdoch, New South Wales; Wilson, Deverall, and Murray, Victoria; Edwards and M'teheU, South Australia; Eggleston, West Australia; Marsack and Boddam, New , Zealand. Detective Christie, of Melbourne, who was present at the reception of tihe Duke on the occasion oi bis former visit, traveJs in the Royal yacht as special officer. Detectives Herbart and Bailey (Auckland), Broberg, and 'Nixon (Wellington), Chrvstal, and Cassdls (Ohristchuroh), aadConoßy andj Hill (Dubedin) are accompanying the party N«w Zealand. It -is understood tbat forty-five special constables were sworn in here yesterday morning.
