At the Canterbury Hall there is great activity being manifested in preparing for his Won-h'-p the Mayor's reception on Saturday night. A small army of decorators are at work on the interior, and outside a covered way extending almost the whole frontage of the building is being erected. ' Their Royal Highnesses and suite ore to enter b\* the southern door and the offices now oc..cupied by the secretary of the Hall Company, and of the Industrial Association, are to be set apart aa retiring rooms for the Duchess. The furnishing ana decorating are being done by Messrs W. Strange and Company and Messrs BallaJityne and Company. They give every promise of being most effective-
