A stiff nor'-wester,'v/ith overcast ._weavher and passing showers prevailed at Wellington, tho barometer and theiuiometer being SO.II and 58. Cloudy skies and a north-east wisd were the rule at Dunedin where the barometer read 29.9 V and the thermometer 53. The highosV tompsratufe was 67, at Cape Maria Van Diemen, and the lowest 43, at QueenstoAvn. The weather throughout One colony was generally overcast. ' ;
