The Maori Qaaen Company's dredge had a mishap to her machinery, which will de t ay her a few days^ The Bullcr Junction Company's dredge will likely g\ve a better return this week. The Rocklands Beach Company' 3 dredge, which has been idle through a break of the machinery, is likely to start to-morrow. Tho pontoons for the Commissioners' Flat Company's dredge are now building. A Clyde message states that the river has fallen throe feet. The Vincent Extended Company s dredge is now working full time. The Cardrona, and La. Franchi s Freehold Companies are proceeding with the contracts for their machinery, and expect to make a. start at the end of the year. . Tho Matau Company has declared a dividend of 2s. and the Success Company of 4s. The Arrow Junction Company's dredge is working well, with gold showing on the mats. The Fourteen Mile Beach Company s dredge will start at the end of the week. The dredsemaster of tho I*ew Alexandra Company's dredge reports a return of lloz for about eight days' work. The dredgeraaster states that he has finished on the Matau Company's ground.
