OAMARU. April 16. The Court of Inquiry into the stranding of the yacht Ariadne gave its decision this afternoon. It held there was no evidence to support the assumption that the vessel wa_ designedly stranded, but found that the oaptain had not exercised due care, and had been guilty of a grave error of judgment in not putting about sooner. His certificate avould be suspended for three months, and he was or-ered to pay fifteen guineas towards the <*ost of the case..
