SENSATIONAL INCIDENTS.
(Received February sth, 7. 55 p.m.) LONDON, February 4. At Windsor an incident of a sensational character occurred. A horse on the off sids nearest the gun carriag-3 suddenly bscame co restive that the experienced driver wa3 unable to control it. Tha horse kicked furiou-sly, and eventually caught its hind, legs in the pole bar, and was thrown on its knees. The traces were twice smashed. The wfcc-le team was removed. Another horse, ridden by a standard b?arer, was startled b_v the minute guns in Windsor Park, and plunged furiously close to the King and tho Kaiser. Two officers of the German suite rushed forward and seized the bridle, averting danger.
