THE BOERS REPULSED. (Received February sth, 12.21 a.m.) LONDON, February 4. The Boers attacked scouts preceding a convoy journeying from Koffeyfontein to Modder River, wounding three Cape boys. Suddenly _. body of Dennison's Scouts and Yeomanry charging the enemy, killed seventeen and wounded many. The charge was covered by a fifteen pounder, and two pompoms. The enemy broke and fled.
