United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received February 4th, 12.58 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 3. The ship Emily Reed, which left Newcastle for Honolulu on January 18th, returned to Sydney dismasted in a series of gales in the Tasman Sea. (Received February 4th, 1.1. a.m.) SYDNEY, February 3. The schooner May Byrnes, with a cargo of coal from Newcastle, has been wrecked at Sydney Heads. The crew were saved.
