A meeting cf the Council of the League of New Zealand Wheelmen wits held hist night, Mr Vy. ('}. Atack in the chair. The nomination of Mr C. K. Meredith Kaye as representative on the Council of the North Canterbury Centre was confirmed. Lett em were read from the League of Victorian Wheelmen, and from Mr K. Lewis, on the subject of his suspension. The matter was referred to the North-Canterbury Centre. Thd conditions of the Kitdgc-Whitworth Challenge Shield, for a two-mile amateur race, were considered and passed. Me:-srs W. <}. Atack and F. N. Par.nell were appointed a, sub-committee to draw up a programme for the Championship Meeting, to he held on the sth and 6th of April next.
