Her health has showed signs of failure since the deaths of tho Duke of Coburg, and the Dowager Lady Churchill, and the divorce of her granddaughter. The Prince of Wales has gone to Osborne, the family has been summoned, and the Kaiser has started for England. On Saturday the Queen suffered great physical prostration, but in the evening there was a slight improvement. A prirate cable message received in Sydney last night stated that the Queen was hopelessly ill. It is unofficially reported that the Duke and Duchess of York's Australian visit has bei-n cancillcd. (Received January 21st, 7.50 a.m.) LONDON. January 20. (Despatched 12.25 p.m.) This morning's bulletin states that the Queen had a somewhat restless night. Her condition is unchanged.
