(PRESS ASSOCIATION , TELEGRAMS.) DUNEDIN, January 14. Dr. O'Neill, resident surgeon of the Dunedin Hospital, was to-day presented by the medical staff of the institution with a valuable fiald glass, prior to his departure for South Africa as assistant surgeon of the Sixth Contingent. DUNEDIN, January 15. Captain Fulton left Dunedin to-day for Wellington, en route to South Africa." He was given a cordial, send off. (FROM A CORRESPONDENT.) WELLINGiON, January 15. A number of menvbars of the Federal Contingent are willing to join the Sixth Contingent. It is probable that Lieutenant G. H. Merton, of tshe "Federals," will get a commission in the Contingent.
