CAPTAIN ANDREW TO COMMAND A COMPANY.
(SPECIAL TO "THK PRESS.") WELLINGTON, January 14. Captain Andrew, of the Hyderabad Lancers, who is here on furlough, has accepted tho captaincy of one of the companies in the Sixth Contingc-nt. Another captaincy has been offered to Captain Fulton, of Dunedin, who went to South Africa with the Fourth New Zealand Contingent (Rough Riders), and recently returned invalided. Captain Andrew has already entered upon his duties with enthusiasm, and those who knew him say he is a keen anil capable cavalry officer. Captain Fulton, who was wounded in one of his first engagements in Africa, is an Otago Hi_rh School boy, and is attached to the Indian Army. If he is sufficiently recovered he will, no doubt, accept the proffered captaincy. (SPECIAL TO "THI* F-ES9.") DUNEDIN, January 14. Dr. O'Neill, who proceed north by tomorrow's express to join the Sixth Contingent, was made a presentation by the medical students at the Hospital.
