ASHLEY COUNTY ASSOCIATION.

Rangiora and Woodend met at Rangiora, the latter winning by eight wickets. The scores were:—Woodend 98 and 18 for two wickets, Rangiora 43 and 72. Cresewell, Helmore, Reeves, and Gulliver were the principal scorers for Rangiora, and Stone, Smith, Macdonald, and Uru for Woodend. Uru and Jud&on. bowled best for Woodend.

On Monday a cricket match between Auctioneers and Dealers v Amberley was played at Amberley. After an exciting game Amberley won by 1 run.
