WELLINGTON, October 3u The Gaming Act Amendment Bill introduced by the Colonial Secretary, providethat the Governor in Council may increas© or decrease the number of totalisator licenses any year. Power is also given to the Committee of any racing club to exclude undesirable persons from the racecourse, and constables are requested to assist the Committee in carrying out its powers ia this respect.
